Mr. Mikhail Stepanov is a Senior Investment Analyst at CRIMSON Asset Management Ltd.

Prior to joining CRIMSON, Mr. Stepanov was most recently an Investment Associate at Fidelity (Canada) Asset Management where he conducted extensive research and analysis of Engineering & Construction and Process Control sectors in North America.

Mr. Stepanov spent over 3 years working at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Analyst & Associate. He gained valuable transaction experience in the TMT & Diversified sectors in both sell-side and buy-side M&A, working out of their New York, San Francisco and Toronto offices.

Mr. Stepanov started his investment career at Teachers’ Private Capital – Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan as Analyst, Direct Investing.

Mr. Stepanov is a graduate of the Ivey Business School at Western University with an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree.
